I found the Hamilton staff very helpful in helping find a solution to my problem. They took the time to show me the options and were very courteous and friendly.

I bought this adapter, (USB to HDMI!, to “hopefully” run a second, external monitor from my laptop.
The sales staffer was right up front with me, telling me that, (in their experience), this adapter didn’t work well. Guess what?,, it DIDN’T.
I was assured that I could return it and so I did.

Great product and solves the purpose for splitting screens instead of buying an expensive dock from sell and other brands.
